This painting was created with colour extracted from woodland environments. The deep hues steadily move across the page as if coming in and out of focus, as in a forest at dusk. Layering colour using sprays and steady strokes allows a tension between interior and exterior spaces. As the colour seeps into the fibres of the surface natural occurring patterns appear and echo both the terrains and textures, settling into their own rhythm as water does in the natural environment.

All natural colours produced are organic and living. Every effort will be made to preserve the lightfastness of the colours, however there is no guarantee the colours will not change over time. You are advised to keep the paintings away from direct sunlight and to enjoy observing them if they do change.
