PAINTINGS FOR SALE
I create gestural paintings using natural earth pigments and through harnessing the elemental and solar energy of our landscapes. I characterise my work as site-responsive and experimental, based on an attempt to capture the essential aspects of colour, texture and energy that I find rooted in landscapes. I drip, scrape, bruise and blush colour onto surfaces.
My interest in natural colour production has expanded to focus on mineralogical oxidisation processes that are activated by solar energy. Harnessing UV rays to create paintings has led to a new body of work which you can view below.

PAPER WORKS
I have decided not to bring large paper works to Australia with me, so these will all be available at a discounted price. Currently these are framed with a simple wooden strip across the top but will need framing before hanging in your home. They will be shipped rolled or can be collected from Sligo.
