Toolkit Group Programme.
Toolkit Group Programme.
Four 2-hour online sessions that help artists, makers, and creatives build sustainable systems for everything that happens behind the scenes — from documentation and finances to marketing and funding applications.
The sessions:
Session 1: Organising & Documenting Your Work: Efficient systems, strong images, and clear text.
Session 2: Finances & Budgets: Practical spreadsheets, income tracking, and project planning.
Session 3: Marketing & Sharing Your Work: Website, newsletters, press releases, and outreach beyond social media.
Session 4: Identifying & Applying for Opportunities: Demystify statements, CVs, proposals, and applications.
Through online sessions, participants will learn how to document, organise, archive, contextualise, and present their work in ways that support both creative flow and professional opportunity. The Toolkit explores structures that make creative practices more sustainable, efficient, and ready to share. By the end of the course, participants will have built a personal toolkit and workflow they can rely on that will be applicable to past, present, and future projects.
The Structure
The course is delivered online via Zoom through a series of 2-hour sessions, spaced a fortnight apart, and recorded for future reference. Each session focuses on one key area of professional workflow. Alongside the live teaching, participants will receive a downloadable PDF workbook. These workbooks are designed as frameworks they can return to over and over again as their practice grows.
