PRICING

All the available artwokrs are discounted by 50%.

This is a one time offer, and once the sale ends the discount will also end.

PAYMENT

For most pieces you will pay directly through Squarespace.

For the 5  LARGE PAPER WORKS, I am asking that everyone pay with direct transfer into my account, rather than losing extra fees to stripe and squarespace. I use an international account called WISE, and you can transfer from any currency. You can email me directly with the piece you would like to order and I will issue an invoice with my bank details. This will be offered on a first come first served basis.

If you are purchasing a large and small work, only email me about the large work, and purchase the smaller work online, as I cannot guarantee someone else doesn’t buy the small piece in the meantime. They will be shipped from different locations, so purchasing them separately will not save shipping costs.

SHIPPING TIMES

There is a 14 day delivery time on all pieces shipped within Ireland. My wonderful friend and fellow artist, Clare, will be handling all orders from Connemara, and my Mum, Geraldine, will be handing shipping from Sligo.

In order to make sure each piece arrives in the best condition we have allowed a two week window, a week for processing your order, a week for delivery. This is generous, and we will aim to get your piece out as soon as possible. If you ABSOLUTELY need the piece earlier, you can email me and we will try our best for you.

For orders outside Ireland, this time may vary depending on your location. There will be a week for packing, and once your order has been sent out you can track it online.
Orders will be shipped out in the same order they come in.
All orders will be shipped by registered post and someone will need to sign for the artwork when it arrives to you.

SHIPPING COSTS

When you are at the checkout choose the ‘50% off Newsletter Sale’ options only.
In the case that your shipping payment does not match your shipping location, there will be a delay on processing your order until this is rectified.

Option 1 - You are buying one of four LARGE PAPER WORKS and are arranging payment and shipping via email.
Option 2 - Buying online and shipping to the UK or Ireland. €20
Option 2a - Buying ‘Kerry Encounters’ works online and shipping to the UK or Ireland. €10
Option 3 - Buying online and shipping internationally. Shipping via email
Options 4 - Buying ‘Where we Collide’ works online but including a frame. Shipping via email

There are 5 works which fall into the LARGE PAPER WORKS category. Both payment and shipping for these will be worked out via email.
For all other works you can purchase directly from my website. However, if you are sending this work outside of the UK or IRELAND, or you are including a frame, we will arrange shipping costs via email, please choose the appropriate option at checkout. Your shipping will show up as 0 on your purchase and I will email you to follow up once I receive the order. This will not affect how long your piece takes to package, you will stay in the queue while we work out shipping. This won’t take long once I have your address.

For UK shipping, you, the collector, are responsible for covering import duty.

———-
For LARGE PAPER works bought directly:
Shipping will be calculated via email. Works will be shipped rolled. There are a few options at a few price points:

  • Collection (advised) - The large paper works are in Sligo, and in my experience it works out cheaper to drive to Sligo, go for a swim at Pól Ghoirm, enjoy a lovely lunch, collect the art in Coolaney, and drive home, safe in the knowledge that the piece is safe and sound.

  • Courier - If it is not possible to collect from Sligo, we can arrange shipping via an art courier service. The piece is calculated when I know your address but as a guide this will set you back a couple of hundred euro, you are welcome to look online ahead of time to figure out what courier service works best for you.

  • An Post - We can also send by regular post, but the work cannot be insured for more than €300 so there is a risk that if the work gets lost or damaged there is no cover. You, as the collector, will take on this risk, and if you choose this option there will be no refund on offer if the piece goes missing, or gets damaged. Many people have chosen this option over the years with absolutely no problem, but I cannot guarantee, especially if you would like the work shipping internationally.

  • Personal Delivery - We’re all friends here, If you’re not in a rush for the piece, the universe may just conspire in your favour and someone I know might be driving from Sligo to where you are and can bring the artwork with them. In this case, there won’t be a shipping fee, but it’s a lovely gesture to thank the driver in a way that feels appropriate for you. That driver is likely to be my Mum (Thanks Mum!)

REFUND

I cannot offer refunds on any works purchased during the sale unless they fall under these circumstances.
The work is damaged when it arrives to you *
The work gets lost in the post.*

*Not valid if you purchase a LARGE PAPER work and choose to ship it via An Post.

FRAMING

Most artworks are sold unframed.

The exceptions are the ‘Where we Collide’ Yupo works. Which are offered framed and unframed. I recommend including the walnut frame, these were the frames I chose when exhibiting the pieces and so they really compliment the pieces and will save you the time and effort of getting them framed elsewhere.

Frames are sold at cost price and so there is no 50% discount on the addition of the frame.

These are beautiful walnut frames with UV protective perspex. I have float mounted the works. They’re a german design with a magnetic mechanism, I use and suggest perspex because it offers UV protection, and ships well.

For all works you are advised to frame them behind UV protective materials, either glass or perspex. Your framer will be able to advise you, or get in touch with me and I can give you guidance.

Make sure to use a framer you trust, or have been recommended. Again I can give you suggestions, or if you are choosing to collect the work in Sligo we can arrange that my framer in Sligo to frame the work and you can collect it from there. Ken and Anna from Image Framers are great to deal with and know my work.

Never hang artwork above a heating unit or fire. Never hang artworks in direct sunlight. UV will affect all art, but especially those made with non synthetic materials. The pigments, inks and paints I have used in the works are stable and lightfast upon completion but I cannot guarantee how they will change over a long period of time, especially if exposed to high levels of UV, changes in PH, dampness, or if you spill anything on them.
